On November 5, 2025, the IIBA Denmark Chapter proudly hosted its first Danish Business Analysis (BA) Community Meet-Up at Trustworks, Copenhagen — a milestone moment for business analysts across Denmark.

The event gathered an enthusiastic mix of professionals — from newcomers to veteran BAs with more than two decades of experience — all eager to exchange ideas, learn, and connect. The session opened with a lively icebreaker, setting the tone for an afternoon of collaboration and community spirit.
Participants then joined group discussions based on their experience levels. Each group tackled thought-provoking questions about the BA discipline:

💡 How do you handle conflicting stakeholder interests?
💡 Which techniques or tools add the most value in your work?
💡 What advice would you give to someone new in business analysis?

The result? A wealth of shared insights, stories, and perspectives that reflected the richness and diversity of Denmark’s growing BA community.

One of the key takeaways was the launch of the ☕ Virtual Coffee Meetings initiative — a simple but powerful way to continue networking beyond events.
Members were encouraged to connect one-on-one for short virtual chats to build trust, share experiences, and strengthen professional relationships.
The evening concluded with a collective brainstorming session about future events. Many exciting ideas were exchanged

A big thank-you to everyone who joined us and made this inaugural meet-up such a success!

Together, we’re shaping a vibrant, collaborative BA community in Denmark.
